经查，湖北某高校余志红等发表的论文“Zhihong Yu*, et al. Doxorubicin-loaded redox-responsive micelles based on dextran and indomethacin for resistant breast cancer. Int J Nanomedicine. 2017;12:6153-6168.（标注基金号81402434）”和“Zhihong Yu*, et al. Indomethacin-based stimuli-responsive micelles combined with paclitaxel to overcome multidrug resistance. Oncotarget.2017, 8:111281-11294.”存在图片伪造篡改和未经同意使用他人署名问题。依据《国家自然科学基金项目科研不端行为调查处理办法》第四十七条、第四十条、第四十三条第一项，取消余志红国家自然科学基金项目申请和参与申请资格3年（2024年7月19日至2027年7月18日），给予余志红通报批评。
